How long will it take to receive my order? Please allow 3-5 days for us to process and ship your order. Processing and shipping are included in turnaround time.
I just placed an order, but I need to change and/or add something to it. Can I do this? Send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your order change. However, if we have already sent an email confirmation, we will not be able to alter your order.
Do I have to pay for shipping on my return? Yes - the customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns/exchanges back to us. We are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges back to the customer.
How many days to I have to return an order? All returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. NO EXCEPTIONS.
I received my order but it is incorrect or damaged. What do I do? Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with RETURNS (YOUR ORDER #) in the subject line and we will get your correct order to you ASAP.
I'm unsure about a size. How can I get help? We are always available to help with any question you may have via email, Instagram or Facebook. Each product description will state the model's measurements as well as the size she is wearing. If you have further questions, we are happy to send additional photos or information for you.
